Overview of Data Processors

This document provides supplementary information to Hoopit’s Privacy Policy regarding which third parties receive information when you use the Hoopit platform. For these services, Club United AS (Hoopit) acts as the Data Controller for your personal data.

To deliver a modern and secure service, we utilize specialized sub-processors (data processors). We have entered into data processing agreements with all of them to ensure your data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

Transfer of Data Abroad
For providers located outside the EU/EEA (e.g., in the USA), Hoopit ensures that processing is conducted in compliance with GDPR. This is achieved either through the use of the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or because the provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Changes and Notification
We continuously evaluate and update our data processors and partners, as described in our Privacy Policy, to ensure the best possible service quality, performance, and security.

The current and updated overview of our partners is always maintained on this page. In the event of significant changes regarding how we share data, or if changes affect your rights, we will notify you in accordance with the procedures set out in our Privacy Policy.
